Business Analyst – Advanced

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the development of project schedules, implementation plans, and documentation for HR automation releases
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with HR Office stakeholders
- Oversee the development of testing strategies, data scenarios, and test plans
- Develop standardized desk procedures of business processes
- Manage user stories, project backlog, sprint backlogs
- Produce deliverables including project schedules, business requirements, and user acceptance testing artifacts
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or financial related field
- 6 years professional work experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification
- Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and quality assurance documentation
- Knowledge of human resources business processes
- Ability to produce legible and complete functional documentation
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies and practices
- Advanced skills with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
