About the role
- This position will work within the Architecture team to assist the development of TEA's Complaint Case Management System by providing Software Development Services
- Perform technical analysis by reviewing the user requirements and create design documents
- Perform coding adhering to TEA and industry standards, best practices, and customer requirements
- Perform testing verifying they match the requirements, including the creation of test data, test cases and test scripts
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required (i.e., design documents, process flows, object or data models, project plans, environment diagrams, test plans, etc.)
- Collaborate with the project team for sprint/release work on tasks such as providing development effort estimates, discussing architecture and design, triaging, and resolving defects or issues in multiple environments and providing status on work assignments or issues
Requirements
- 8 years Required Development of complex web apps with modern versions of .NET using MVC and APIs
- 8 years Required Advanced SQL skills including data modeling and JSON manipulation in the database
- 8 years Required Testing/coding skills for Unit testing, manual Dev Testing, and automated regression testing
- 8 years Required Advanced JavaScript skills
- 5 years Required Development using React JS
- 3 years Required Creating and deploying containerized applications using Docker
- 1 year Required Familiarity and experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI Coding assistants
- 1 year Required Git concepts and commands
- 2 years Preferred Experience with automation tools such as PowerAutomate
- 2 years Preferred Experience with Hashicorp Nomad, Consult and Vault
- 2 years Preferred Bitbucket, Jira
- 1 year Preferred Consuming AI services programmatically
