About the role
- Support users in Italian by resolving issues that arise during lessons
- Handle complex inquiries via chat or phone
- Assisting with translations into Itatian (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
- Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)
Requirements
- Knowledge of Italian - Advanced (at least C1)
- Knowledge of English (at least B2)
- Experience of working in a language school welcome
- Experienced PC user
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle lots of information
- Responsibility and care
- Multi-tasking
