About the role

  • Support users in Italian by resolving issues that arise during lessons
  • Handle complex inquiries via chat or phone
  • Assisting with translations into Itatian (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
  • Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Italian - Advanced (at least C1)
  • Knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • Experience of working in a language school welcome
  • Experienced PC user
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to handle lots of information
  • Responsibility and care
