About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support users in Turkish, solving problems that arise during the lesson.
  • Resolving complex cases in chat or by calls
  • Assisting with translations into Turkish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
  • Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of Turkish - C2
  • Knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • Experience of working in a language school welcome
  • Experienced PC user
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to handle lots of information
  • Responsibility and care
  • Multi-tasking
