Client Support Manager
Novakid IncClient Support Manager providing support in Turkish for NovaKid online school. Resolving user issues and assisting with translations, working remotely.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support users in Turkish, solving problems that arise during the lesson.
- Resolving complex cases in chat or by calls
- Assisting with translations into Turkish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
- Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Turkish - C2
- Knowledge of English (at least B2)
- Experience of working in a language school welcome
- Experienced PC user
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle lots of information
- Responsibility and care
- Multi-tasking

- Full time work, 40 hours per week
- 5 working days on, 2 days off; both weekend days are working days, and days off are during the week.
- Working shifts 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evening shifts being more common.
