About the role
- Supervise general accounting
- Prepare financial statements
- Manage tax matters
- Manage and organize the accounting department
- Implement and improve processes
- Manage cash and treasury operations
- Maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, finance, or accounting
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in accounting, including team management
- Proven experience in period-end closings, preparation of financial statements, and working with auditors
- Experience in an accounting firm is appreciated for versatility and technical expertise
- Experience within a company (mid-sized enterprise, SME, or corporate group) is an advantage for operational knowledge
