• Prepare and submit monthly progress draws, coordinating the full billing process
• Manage project accounts receivable and payable, including receipt tracking and payment coordination
• Review and code project costs to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Review and process subcontractor billings, ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Maintain and manage trade partner compliance documentation
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, subtrades, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare monthly project cost reports, budget reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Assist with project cost and revenue forecasting
• Support substantial completion and project close-out activities
