About the role
- The Technical Account Manager - Europe works with customers, industry partners, and the team to promote and support Nova-Tech Engineering’s technologies and equipment utilization
- This position is responsible for installing machines and providing technical support and customer service
- Following Nova-Tech Engineering’s training, this role will perform mechanical field repairs and maintenance on Nova-Tech Engineering equipment
- This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and offer suggestions for improvement
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, delivering exceptional service and long-term partnership through timely, clear communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and hatchery leadership; resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Proactively manage accounts through routine on-site visits, system installations, customer training, and documentation
- Develop strong product and service knowledge to recommend data-driven customer solutions
- Ensure customer understanding of contractual terms and support timely payment compliance
- Monitor customer data, system connectivity, and performance trends; communicate insights and concerns to appropriate stakeholders
- Evaluate treatment processes and collaborate with technical teams on outcomes and quality feedback
- Attend industry events and company trainings as required
- Follow company policies and procedures and contribute as a collaborative team member aligned with company values
Requirements
- Latam based candidate focused on Latam travel
- Ability to travel up to 40%, domestically or internationally for periods of up to 2 weeks at a time
- Travel to the United States for training and business-related articles once per year for periods of up to 4 weeks at a time
- 2+ years of related experience with required customer service and technical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or extensive experience working with poultry
- Working knowledge of biology and the poultry industry
- Strong interpersonal, account management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable taking on new challenges
- Team-oriented problem solver with strong attention to detail and sound business judgment
- Ability to read and interpret technical information
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured
- Valid passport for international travel
