• Independently manage ongoing financial accounting in accordance with HGB
• Execute and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Process and reconcile bank transactions and handle payment processing
• Responsible for fixed asset accounting
• Perform account reconciliations and clearing of open items
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings in accordance with HGB
• Prepare analyses and reports
• Optimize and further develop accounting processes
• Work closely with internal departments and external contacts
