About the role
- Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure and hybrid enterprise environments
- Deploy, manage, and sustain Azure compute, storage, networking, and identity-integrated services
- Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery activities for Azure-hosted and hybrid systems
- Package, configure, and deploy applications and system components to standardized environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, and application-level issues
- Implement and maintain configuration management and change control processes
- Support incident response and problem management activities
- Collaborate with Information Assurance and cybersecurity personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of systems administration, platform engineering, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure environments
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher
- DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT-II–compliant certification (e.g., Security+, SSCP, GSEC)
- Must have Top Secret Clearance
