About the role

  • Manage select Corporate Application platforms, understanding the Business Owner’s vision and requirements.
  • Work with various departments and cross-functional teams, including customer interface and requirements gathering.
  • Manage multiple priorities and customer demands.
  • Help create product strategy and requirements for new features or products.
  • Define and measure core KPIs with the business.
  • Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from business stakeholders and influence technical decisions through effective communication and meetings.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Computer Science or similar fields of study.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience.
  • Knowledgeable with CRM applications.
  • Knowledgeable with Agile Software Development.
  • Knowledgeable with Visualization Reporting tooling (Power BI preferred).
  • Must be able to pass a standard background check.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in government contracting. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile certifications.

  • Experience and knowledge in the usage of AI products and services such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work with application platform vendor support and account management teams to address technical issues, and work towards achieving business owner’s vision and objectives.
  • Work with application specialists and consultants to improve/enhance the platform.
