About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for making substantive contributions to the Advanced Instruments Artel Bio Portfolio growth in the life science markets
  • Implementing strategic customer-facing programs for products and services in defined territory
  • Reaching quarterly and annual sales quotas and achieving opportunity creation targets
  • Identifying and solving customer pains in their automation workflows financially and technically
  • Handling objections, negotiating value, promoting key benefits of working with the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in business, science, or engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales
  • Preferred experience in automated liquid handling in Biotech / biopharma market focus
  • Experienced in complex sales processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, both commercially and technically
  • Highly interpersonal and strong passion for sales methodology
  • Good level in IT (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce.com)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willing to travel 50% of working time
  • English is a mandatory, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
