About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business opportunities in industrial, aerospace, and defense-adjacent sectors
- Build and manage a $2.5M–$4.0M qualified pipeline within the first 6 months
- Establish relationships across 10–15 target accounts
- Drive entry into RFQ cycles and manage opportunities through close
- Achieve 25–35% pipeline conversion to bookings
- Deliver $1.2M–$2.0M incremental revenue in Year 1
- Collaborate with operations on capacity, pricing, and delivery alignment
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in contract manufacturing or industrial services
- Bachler’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience selling into industrial, aerospace, or defense-adjacent markets
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close new business
- Strong understanding of RFQ-driven sales cycles
- Ability to operate independently in a growth-focused role
