About the role

  • Execute daily cash duties including processing of outgoing wires, incoming cash transaction recording and research, daily cash position analysis
  • Provide knowledge and support of treasury products and processes to Business Unit
  • Managing opening and closing bank accounts
  • Support the administration of banking platforms and treasury systems
  • Contribute to execution and confirmation of foreign exchange trades
  • Preparing and posting month end cash journal entries
  • Reconciling cash pool cash accounts
  • Analyze and review monthly bank fees and recommend any savings opportunities and efficient methods of controls
  • Global cash forecast consolidation and analysis
  • Assist with internal control SOX related activities and external audit requests
  • Other Treasury projects and reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-3 years in related working experience required.
  • Functional and Technical Skills: treasury and banking experience, intermediate accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a team-based environment
  • Detail oriented and patience
  • Working under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and open to changes
  • Customer service focus, team player, and good communication skills
  • Advance in MS Office, specifically, Excel
