About the role

  • Contribute to achieving the annual HR objectives based on the OKRs established by senior management and the HR Directorate;
  • Organize Human Resources programs aimed at motivating employees and improving performance;
  • Manage recruitment processes, acting strategically to ensure accurate hires aligned with company culture and business needs;
  • Map and meet organizational development needs by planning, executing, and managing the Annual Training Program, maintaining training records and monitoring related metrics;
  • Respond to internal and external audits for ISO certifications;
  • Act as an HR strategic partner, supporting managers on matters related to team development and engagement, and strengthening organizational culture;
  • Promote continuous improvement of processes and use of data-driven decision making, ensuring global alignment, ongoing improvement, and impact on business decisions;
  • Administer vendor/service provider contracts (such as transportation and catering), ensuring service quality for employees and compliance with contractual terms;
  • Provide employee support to clarify questions on relevant HR matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Generalist HR experience and knowledge of sector regulations and best practices;
  • Advanced English, with strong conversational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
  • Willingness to live in the city of Rio de Janeiro;
  • Availability for occasional travel to our factory in Porto do Açu (São João da Barra).
