About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Nourish Medical clinical team and own supervision of physicians and advanced practice providers
- Build and scale clinical quality management using metrics, technology, process, and coaching
- Develop a collaborative interdisciplinary care model with dietitians, therapists, and other provider types
- Partner with Product and Operations to translate frontline clinical insights into better care processes and products
- Provide direct clinical care to patients on the Nourish platform through a part-time clinical load
- Shape new visit types, provider types, service lines, and the clinical foundation for expansion
- Report to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate with Clinical Strategy on protocols, quality standards, and care model design
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–10+ years of experience after medical school
- Strong clinical practice experience combined with operational or analytical work
- Clinical expertise in medical management of cardiometabolic disease
- Prior experience managing clinicians
- Data-savvy decision-making, balancing quantitative and qualitative information
- Ability to build trust across a multidisciplinary team
- Bias toward action with sound clinical judgment
- Ability to work across people, systems, and technology
- First-principles thinking and ability to take ideas from concept to implementation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
