About the role
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Registered Dietitian applicants and communicate Nourish’s value proposition
- Vet candidates, set up offers, and develop timely candidate communication plans
- Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and follow-ups to increase offer acceptance
- Lead outbound recruiting to high-priority prospects via personalized emails and calls
- Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions professionally and promptly
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and hiring strategy
- Collaborate with Provider Onboarding, Provider Marketing, Provider Strategy, and Product teams to create feedback loops
- Make process improvements based on provider and internal stakeholder feedback to improve recruiting experience
- Take full ownership of applicants and shape the hiring experience from end to end
- Report to the Director of Provider Growth and join a collaborative team focused on nutrition-centered healthcare
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development
- Hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with providers via phone, video, email, and chat
- Ability to learn new processes and assume ownership quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes
- Passionate about nutrition and wellness
- Experience in fast-paced startups, preferably healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
