Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of direct experience as a growth marketing manager or creative strategist, ideally within a performance creative agency or in-house team.
- Naturally social-first with strong creative instincts.
- Excellent creative partner.
- Intellectually curious and drawn to insight generation.
- Data-driven problem solver.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Scrappy, action-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and stakes are high.
