About the role
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants.
- Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups.
- Lead outbound recruiting efforts to high priority prospects.
- Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.
- Hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly.
- Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions.
- Passionate about nutrition and wellness.
- Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech.
