About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls
- Perform general repair and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours
- Service car washes located throughout New England
- Maintain car wash equipment, HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule every 3 weeks
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma required
- Experience in construction trades or facility management position
- Familiarity with hydraulics/plumbing, pneumatics and beginner electrical
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Available 7 days a week for a rotating on-call schedule every 3 weeks
- Must supply own hand tools
- Ability to independently carry out assigned duties and responsibilities
- Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications utilized by Nouria Energy
