- Prepare, deliver and assess subjects as allocated
- Ensure students are provided with the best opportunity to attain learning outcomes/competencies
- Participate in course review initiatives including validation and moderation activities
- Provide student support outside of timetabled class hours
- Engage in student centered learning and teaching practices
- Ensure the learning experience complies with the strategic goals of the organisation
Requirements
- Significant knowledge of specific subject areas combined with a broad disciplinary background enabling contributions to teaching programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to work competently and harmoniously with colleagues and students of all cultures and backgrounds
- Computer literacy in appropriate discipline-specific and learning technologies as per business requirements
