Key responsibilities & impact

Own recruiting for our highest-volume and early career roles across People, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Storytelling.
Build creative sourcing and outbound strategies that help us identify and engage exceptional talent.
Contribute to redesigning how we evaluate candidates through building prompts, work trials, and creative experiments.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, calibrate on talent, run structured and rigorous interview processes, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through close.

Proven track record of execution: Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, growth, operations, or another role that required proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
