About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy, P&L, and growth of a physical DTC business unit;
  • Build and lead Growth & Acquisition across paid and owned channels;
  • Launch and scale products, markets, funnels, and offers with a strong ROI mindset;
  • Work closely with creative, media buying, and development teams to drive conversions;
  • Validate ideas fast: test, scale what works, and kill what doesn’t;
  • Open new revenue streams (new channels, partnerships, international expansion);
  • Lead and grow a product portfolio (including additional digital or physical projects);
  • Think and act like a founder - move fast, take responsibility, and deliver results;
  • Leverage existing infrastructure and teams to execute quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (focused on Media Buying) / eCommerce (DTC experience required).
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition and launching products (physical or digital).
  • Strong analytical mindset with fast, data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects in high-growth environments.
  • Clear understanding of how product, creative, and performance marketing work together.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and hands-on execution.
  • Commercial thinker who enjoys building both from 0 → 10M and 10M → 100M.
