Product Marketing

• Set the partnerships GTM strategy: Define which partner types we prioritize, where we play, and how partnerships support our growth plan
• Define and track success metrics: Establish KPIs and reporting for partner performance across pipeline, revenue contribution, and adoption
• Build a focused partner portfolio: Identify, select, and manage a high-impact set of ecosystem, channel, and referral partners aligned to our priorities
• Source and close new partners: Find, negotiate, and sign ecosystem players that drive adoption and network effects
• Grow distribution and referral channels: Develop and deepen relationships with referral, reseller, and channel partners that open new markets and harder-to-reach segments
• Design winning partner plays: Create clear joint value propositions and sales plays, and enable internal and partner teams to execute them effectively
• Lead co-marketing and co-selling: Drive campaigns, content, and co-selling motions with partners together with Sales and Marketing to generate and close opportunities
• Continuously optimize the motion: Analyze partner performance, make data-informed recommendations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership to double down on what works

Customer Success Manager

• Owning the post-sales customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, renewal and upsell
• Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned accounts and proactively identify and report on key customer health metrics
• Delivering expertise, education, and guidance to customers as they roll out their Travel Rule Compliance program
• Drive customer upsells by identifying, qualifying, and raising upgrade opportunities with the customer.
• Contributing to strategic decision making by sharing ideas and feedback on trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information and acting as the voice of the customer internally
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in our CRM / CS tools (e.g., HubSpot, ChurnZero)
• There may be expectations to participate in On Call duty outside of office hours

Senior Customer Success Manager

Sales

• Drive outbound and inbound sales within the US and LATAM markets. Spanish-speaking or Portuguese-speaking fluency preferred
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
• Build trust and credibility with C-level executives
• Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions
• Partner with Product and Leadership to shape enterprise roadmap feedback
• Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (Travel Rule, VASPs)
• Run a disciplined enterprise pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean deal hygiene in HubSpot to support predictable growth
• Represent Notabene at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel might be required)
