Account Manager

• Drive engagement and profitable growth across your dedicated portfolio of Partners
• Devise and implement customised growth plans tailored to each Partner's individual business needs and creative goals
• Partner with stakeholders across the broader Commercial team and beyond to drive KPI achievement, launch key initiatives, and champion clear communication with our Partners
• Act as the voice of your portfolio, championing Partner wins internally while keeping a pulse on the wider market and competitor propositions
• Communicate tech enhancements, policy changes and internal priorities to the Partner base
• Support the Partner Development Team Manager to establish, refine, and evolve our portfolio approach
• Deep dive into Partner sales data, proactively identifying emerging risks and uncovering hidden opportunities
• Tailor market and product trends to help your Partners build market-leading product ranges
• Proactively sell marketing opportunities to enhance margin and Partner participation
• Work independently to navigate challenges and make strategic recommendations to optimise performance
