About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own meaningful parts of the Inventory experience end to end
Design UX patterns for AI assistants across web and mobile
Ship enhancements across the full Inventory surface
Design to decrease time on task and increase clarity
Work with cross-functional partners from product, engineering and customer success
Contribute to and evolve Bento, our design system
Prototype fast, in Figma, code, or whatever helps you move quickest
Help the product grow up without getting old

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
Proven track record designing B2B, operational, or workflow-heavy products
Experience in SaaS start-ups or scale-ups during a period of rapid growth
Depth of experience: taking a 0→1 product out the door, then scaling it 1→10 alongside PMs and engineers
Real ownership: driving important product work forward
Goal focus: drive toward measurable outcomes
Strong, customer-informed opinions and ability to reason from first principles
High agency: resourceful and proactive in ambiguous situations
Systems thinking: understanding complex domains deeply
Effective collaboration across functions
Technical fluency: Comfortable with HTML, CSS, React, Tailwind to build dynamic prototypes
