Coordinator, Legal Talent Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute programming in support of the Legal Talent Management function for lawyers in all US offices
- Support lateral integration and the lawyer evaluation and promotion process
- Provide general support for initiatives under the Legal Talent Management (LTM) team
- Aid in execution of lawyer year-end evaluation and compensation processes
- Support lawyer development through LTM’s integration initiatives
- Leverage data sources for monthly reports, trends, and dashboards
- Provide insights in support of lawyer retention efforts
- Help facilitate firmwide programming and various lawyer events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably at a law firm or other professional services environment
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 6 years of professional work experience, preferably at a law firm or other professional services environment
- Experience in Microsoft suite required including Excel
- Experience in Workday a plus
- Professionalism, personal integrity and high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills required
- Good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent work product
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and oral
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Interest in working on and in support of a team
- Confident interacting with all levels of the organization, both legal and administrative
- Reliable, flexible and a can-do attitude in all situations is essential.
