About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned companies and clients
- Identify and cultivate opportunities to grow agency revenue with assigned client
- Manage the daily creative, project and financial activities of designated accounts
- Demonstrate expertise in creative and project briefs, estimates, status, and client contact reports
- Understand the role of Account Service and its relationship to Strategic Planning, Creative Digital, Media, Project Management, and Finance
Requirements
- Works well with a variety of creative talent, skill sets, and individual characteristics
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
- 3-5 years Account Service experience
- Previous experience with Healthcare, Financial Services or other regulated industries
