About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and process paperwork for investment and advisory accounts, including new account setup, rollovers, and asset transfers
Monitor account funding, transfers, and transactions to ensure timely completion and accuracy
Execute retirement account rollovers and process client contributions, withdrawals, and redemptions
Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed client records, notes, and task tracking
Manage the full lifecycle of insurance applications, from submission through underwriting and policy delivery
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs across investment and insurance products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or must obtain within first 90 days of employment)
FINRA Series 6 & 63 (or ability to obtain)
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance operations preferred
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
