Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Certifications related to financial planning preferred such as CFP®, CFA, ChFC, CLU
At least seven years of previous experience in planning subject matter expertise
Minimum of 2 years in financial services or planning industry
Knowledge and experience with Northwestern Mutual advisors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with financial planning software required
