Requirements
- Minimum 15 years professional business leadership experience
- Minimum of 10 years leadership role in learning and development and/or talent development
- Expert level proficiency in leading digital learning ecosystems
- Expert level proficiency in data management and analysis
- Expert level proficiency in adult learning theory and trends
- Experienced team & people leader
- Experience in portfolio and/or project management, strategic and operational planning
- Demonstrated organizational agility to work across organizational boundaries
- Proven skills in dealing with ambiguity and paradox
- Strong organizational skills; able to handle competing demands
- Strong problem solving and strategic/critical thinking skills
