About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and maintain assigned services and systems
  • Work with the team to monitor, analyze, and plan upgrades
  • Monitor the production issue queue and resolve issues while maintaining Customer Service Level Agreements
  • Execute assigned project tasks
  • Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards, systems development, and delivery methodologies
  • Integrate end-user requests with software functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in the core discipline
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to support and maintain assigned services and systems
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and plan system upgrades
  • Ability to resolve production issues while maintaining Customer Service Level Agreements
  • Diagnostic skills for problem determination and solution across a distributed system Information Services environment
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Knowledge of application and technical documentation and architecture diagrams
