About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years previous healthcare experience
- Experience in a customer service role
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Previous experience with an electronic medical record system (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
