Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years previous healthcare experience
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience with an electronic medical record system (preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
