About the role
- Support and maintain assigned services and systems
- Work with team to monitor, analyze and plan upgrades
- Monitor production issue queue and resolve issues
- Execute project tasks as assigned
- Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards
- Contribute to ongoing process to integrate end users requests with software functionality
- Analyze and provide recommendations relating to application build and functionality of systems
- Demonstrate diagnostic skills and expertise for problem determination and solution
- Participate in on call rotation
- Contribute to maintenance of application/technical documentation
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in core discipline
- Bachelor's degree preferred
