- responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements, use cases, and process flows
- facilitate and capture requirement elicitation by working with the Business Operations to understand business strategy and translate into requirements and/or use cases
- ensure Business Analysis processes, tools, and templates are being utilized across projects
Requirements
- 2 years of Information Technology, business analysis specific experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Exchange, Excel, Project and VISIO
- Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio
- Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping tools (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, qTest, iRise)
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
- Project management skills
- Requirements definition and management through different delivery methodologies SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development
- Problem solving and/or analytical thinking
- Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable
- Excellent written and verbal communications
