About the role

  • responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements, use cases, and process flows
  • facilitate and capture requirement elicitation by working with the Business Operations to understand business strategy and translate into requirements and/or use cases
  • ensure Business Analysis processes, tools, and templates are being utilized across projects

Requirements

  • 2 years of Information Technology, business analysis specific experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Exchange, Excel, Project and VISIO
  • Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio
  • Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping tools (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, qTest, iRise)
  • Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
  • Project management skills
  • Requirements definition and management through different delivery methodologies SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development
  • Problem solving and/or analytical thinking
  • Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
