Requirements

2 years of Information Technology, business analysis specific experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Exchange, Excel, Project and VISIO
Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio
Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping tools (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, qTest, iRise)
Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
Project management skills
Requirements definition and management through different delivery methodologies SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development
Problem solving and/or analytical thinking
Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable
Excellent written and verbal communications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related IT field (preferred)
Business process management and modeling (preferred)
BA Certification (preferred)
Experience working for Healthcare Provider (preferred)
Epic Certification (preferred)
