About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, scale, and elevate the Licensed Relationship Manager (LRM) Program
  • Define and evolve the LRM program vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
  • Establish success metrics and track program effectiveness against business goals
  • Lead LRM selection cycles throughout the year

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 - 6 years Experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services
  • 2 - 3 years Experience leading programs, projects, or talent development initiatives
  • 2 - 3 years Demonstrated experience working with licensed roles (e.g., Series 6/7, 63/65/66) or supporting FINRA-regulated environments
