About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, scale, and elevate the Licensed Relationship Manager (LRM) Program
- Define and evolve the LRM program vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Establish success metrics and track program effectiveness against business goals
- Lead LRM selection cycles throughout the year
- Partner with Financial Advisors and Relationship Partners to build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline
- Manage program timelines, logistics, and external vendor relationships as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 - 6 years Experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services
- 2 - 3 years Experience leading programs, projects, or talent development initiatives
- 2 - 3 years Demonstrated experience working with licensed roles (e.g., Series 6/7, 63/65/66) or supporting FINRA-regulated environments
