About the role
- Perform all duties required for the funding of indirect loans, including document review
- Provide excellent customer and business unit support service
- Partner with vehicle specialists as required to ensure proper documentation for securing collateral
- Manage work queues / workflows as needed
- Identify and resolve customer service issues
- Ensure compliance of loan packages received for funding
- Provide support to all areas of Indirect loan servicing, including uploading and post-closing, as directed
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
- 5 - 6 years related banking/lending experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years customer service experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years technological or relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Indirect LOS, Nautilus, CCMC & the core system
