Business Development Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **RESEARCH** – Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in the addiction treatment and virtual healthcare space.
- **OUTREACH** - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including medical professionals, treatment centers, payers, and other strategic partners.
- **NEGOTIATE** – Negotiate business agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and executive teams.
- **TRACK** – Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **EDUCATION** - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **EXPERIENCE** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles. Experience in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry is a plus.
- **COMMUNICATION** – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate with key stakeholders.
- **RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING** - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- **ANALYTICAL **– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.
- **SELF-MOTIVATED **– Highly self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.
- **TECHNICAL **– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using CRM software is a plus.
