About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Northstar Recycling's Commodity Sales Rubbish/Waste-to-Energy team by ensuring the accuracy of commercial data
  • Manage customer and outlet information
  • Oversee key contract administration activities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the contract management system
  • Maintain key commercial terms and ensure contract information remains accurate and current
  • Support the execution of commercial agreements by coordinating with internal teams and outlet partners
  • Maintain monthly pricing updates within internal databases and contract records
  • Manage monthly pricing alerts and assist in resolving pricing discrepancies with outlet partners
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new outlet partners, including collection and submission of required setup documentation
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize historical pricing and outlet data to support the Commodity Sales team
  • Support the preparation of Letters of Authorization, Award Letters, and other commercial documentation
  • Run searches, reports, and queries within the contract management system
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and data accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with contract administration or contract management software is strongly preferred
  • Professional and confident when communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams by phone and email
