Manage accounts payable activities ensuring compliance with company policies
Process, review, and post vendor invoices accurately
Serve as primary accounting contact for assigned vendor accounts
Perform detailed account reconciliations and financial analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience, or an Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience processing high-volume accounts payable transactions
Experience performing complex account reconciliations
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
