About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage a group of strategic Northstar Recycling clients
maximize profits, client retention rates, and effectively achieve client goals
build strong relationships based on trust and respect externally and internally
work to uphold contractual requirements
onboard new clients or locations through large scale implementations
optimize service levels and surpass client expectations
manage a group of Client Development Executives (CDs)
facilitate successful transitions of new and existing accounts across CDs

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year degree
2 years’ experience or more in business or waste/recycling industry a plus
strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail
ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization
ability to effectively communicate and help CDs achieve goals
open-minded to new ideas, company goals, etc.
forward thinking/strategic and growth mindset
ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
comfort and experience with negotiations
valid driver’s license and clean driving record as a condition of employment
