About the role
- Build meaningful relationships with community groups to educate families in their preplanning decisions.
- Schedule and conduct pre-planning seminars.
- Set appointments, deliver compelling preplanning guides and product presentations, and provide professional park tours.
- Prospect daily using multiple methods in accordance with NorthStars sales playbook.
- Schedule 10-12 pre-need appointments each week, tracked in the CRM.
- Provide world-class customer service with a positive attitude.
- Complete paperwork timely, neatly, and accurately, ensuring all contract processing requirements are met.
- Actively track all sales activity and ratios to measure areas of strength and improvement.
- Stay current on topics related to our profession and attend training programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the cemetery and funeral industry.
