About the role
- Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-planning decisions
- Master the art of setting appointments and delivering impactful pre-planning presentations
- Use our proprietary software, Navigator, to complete contracts accurately and efficiently
- Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Utilize Velocify to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-ups
- Employ various methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events to generate leads
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing whatever it takes
- Stay informed about relevant topics, including veterans benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct sales experience
- 2+ years of public speaking and presentation experience
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in consultative selling techniques and building trust
- Capable of presenting effectively to groups
- Strong relationship-building skills within the community
- Basic mathematical skills
- Experience handling challenging situations with confidence and compassion
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid state drivers license, and a satisfactory driving record
