About the role
- Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-need planning.
- Set appointments and deliver compelling presentations using our pre-planning guide.
- Accurately complete contracts using our proprietary software, Navigator.
- Track sales activity and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for growth.
- Use Velocify to manage contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
- Prospect consistently through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, mailers, seminars, and local events.
- Stay informed on relevant topics such as veterans benefits, Social Security, and end-of-life planning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and a whatever it takes attitude.
Requirements
- Proven Closer: Youre confident in your ability to close sales on the first call and have the track record to prove it.
- Experienced Seller: You bring at least 2 years of direct or in-home sales experience and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
- Natural Communicator: Your emotional intelligence and presentation skills make you a trusted advisor.
- Self-Motivated: Youre disciplined, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Community-Oriented: You enjoy building relationships and becoming a trusted resource in your area.
