About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for calculating the revenue guarantees and true-ups accurately and timely
Prepare all 85/15 remittances and invoices
Calculate and post the monthly management fees
Update the SNAFF/FFS forecast and track actuals
Prepare and post subcash allocations
Prepare and post bad debt allocations for Capio
Perform reconciliations of the Balance Sheet accounts
Provide information to the Financial Planning & Analysis and Operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5 years of accounting background
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills is required
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
An understanding of contracts and the healthcare revenue cycle is preferred but not required
Solid understanding of GAAP and ability to do accounting research to find solutions for accounting issues.
Experience with Great Plains is a plus.
