About the role
- System Administration
- Maintain and update software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Review product updates, assess applicability to NorthStar, and plan and execute system updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact with vendor
- Participate as a system subject matter expert in process optimization initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to end users in leveraging system capabilities to support process improvement.
- Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk tickets
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years’ experience, including 2 years in business analyst, systems analyst or IT support role
- Proficiency in configuring enterprise software systems
