Supply Chain

• Be responsible for supporting multiple products across programs with several suppliers
• Procure and manage medium to high value and risk subcontracts and general procurement, including long term agreements and OA’s

• Work in and support cross functional program teams including, but not limited to, Supplier Performance, Supply Chain Program Management, Contracts, Engineering and Finance along with other supporting organizations across Northrop
• Adhere to strict government and company compliance processes and policies with the ability to understand complex compliance requirements in accordance with company policies

Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist – Level 3/Level 4

• Participating in strategic sourcing decisions and developing teaming agreements
• Preparing requests for proposal consistent with customer solicitations and corporate policies and procedures
• Analyzing and evaluating proposal responses, ensuring that risks and mitigation strategies are identified

Supply Chain Subcontract Administrator – Level 3/Level 4

Director

• Accountable to the Sentinel Software Factory Director for cost and schedule performance of Software Factory work items (i.e. feature deliveries)
• Responsible for capturing, defining and standing up a Sentinel Software Factory, including System Feature Value Stream identification and performance improvements
• Responsible for the alignment of the Strategic IFC plans and DevOps pipeline to the program strategic plan

Full-stack Engineer

• Act as the single point of accountability for the defined cost account(s) within the payload integration efforts of the program
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks, including baseline planning, cost/schedule performance tracking, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Deliver all product team deliverables on time and within cost, while meeting contractual programmatic and technical requirements and stakeholder expectations

• The selected Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) engineer will be an essential part of the Design Integrated Product Team and provide technical RAM assessments and evaluations of equipment as part of the design development process.
• Analyzes equipment designs and provides Baseline Comparative Systems (BCS) assessments, MIL-HDBK-217, Electronic Predicted Reliability Data (EPRD) and Non-Electronic Predicted Reliability Data (NPRD) Predictions, as required.
• Develops Reliability Block Diagrams to assess Basic and Mission Reliability requirements.
