Own the end‑to‑end learning strategy for all manufacturing support functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience OR a Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience OR a PhD and 8+ years of experience
5 years in manufacturing/industrial environments, with at least 3 years designing and delivering technical training
Proven track record of measurable learning impact on production metrics
Basic Data analytics skills
Basic competency in Project Management skills and toolsets
Experience developing instructor guides, student manuals, workbooks, job aids, and related materials
Experience developing e-learning (e.g. computer-based, web-based training, online learning) that is delivered through digital media including LMS, web, video, or mobile devices
US citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret Clearance
