Develop and track technical progress metrics (TPM’s)
Develop risk and opportunity management strategies and metrics
Support program reviews
Utilize superconducting electronics fabrication experience to shape the transition plans for manufacturing lines
Coordinate between Chief Engineers, SEIT leads, engineering staff, suppliers, customers, and the PMO to achieve program objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a STEM area with 14+ years of experience or Master's degree in STEM area with 12+ years of experience or PHD in STEM area with 9+ years of experience
Deep understanding of superconducting electronics fabrication
Experience with all aspects of wafer fabrication line startup, from proposal to first silicon
Experience with technology transfer efforts
Experience interfacing with Chief Engineers, SEIT leads, engineering staff, suppliers, customers, and the PMO
Experience with requirements management
Experience leading high-performing technical teams
Experience briefing senior NGC management and customers
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
