About the role
- Serve as Software Tech Lead supporting the Integrated National Systems (INS) Business Unit to support a Ground program
- Work closely under the Software Lead and help to lead software development activities
- Develop, design, produce, and sustain optimized product lines across the sector to provide capability to the warfighter
- Apply RF Signal Data Processing expertise and implement solutions using C/C++/Python/Java
- Participate in DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and Agile program processes
- Use Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and Gitlab for development and collaboration
- On-site collaboration with Payload and Ground Systems Division Engineering organization at designated site
- Contribute to technical solutions, code development, and program deliverables as part of a cross-functional team
Requirements
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application [ US Citizenship required ]
- Minimum years of experience: 12 Years with a completed Bachelor's; 10 Years with a completed Master's; 8 Years with a completed PhD; 14 Years with a completed associate’s degree; 16 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a completed degree (High School diploma or equivalent is required)
- Experience with RF Signal Data Processing
- Experience with C/C++/Python/Java
- Experience with DevSecOps environments in CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile programs and methodology
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Experience with Gitlab
- Ability to be on-site at Linthicum, Maryland or Morrisville, NC or Fairfax, Virginia (This position requires being on-site and does not support remote or hybrid work)
- Willingness to travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
- Verification and transfer of current/active DoD security clearance and program access as required for business needs
- High School diploma or equivalent (minimum); STEM degree preferred
